Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English musician and singer. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 due to her catchy electronic pop songs "Starry Eyed" as well as Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist due to her soprano voice and talent for writing songs that are both captivating and empathetic. Her style is similar in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other artists with similar styles. Polydor Records, a major music label, signed Goulding and was making plans to release her debut album.
